Beautiful, emotional journey of a man who has lost his partner of 15 years as he reaches the next stage of his life - moving on. For the most part, this was a wonderful read that made my chest ache and throat hurt. However, what stops it from being a 5 star read is the way the story skips around the timeline. Now, I don't mind the odd flashback, but I would have liked to see a little less Ben and a little more character/relationship development with Morgan. The story would also skip back to moments that happened 'earlier that day' instead of just presenting those moments in chronological order. It got a little irritating.I'm looking forward to the next story, though. I'd like Peter to have a happy ending. And I want to see a Marco/Aidan story too! They were fabulous!
