The Hellfire Legacy - Missouri Dalton More? I want more!

The Night Shift - Missouri Dalton I am very glad I read this one with the next in the series securely on my Kindle or I'd have been one very pissed off reader. Huge cliffhanger!
Forever is Now - Kimber Vale A little predictable, but rock stars are my weakness!
September's Tide (Island Tales #2) - K.C. Wells 2.5 stars.
Cast Off - K.C. Burn 3.5 stars. Some very sweet moments. A lovely addition to the series.

Moving On: A Mystery - Edward Kendrick Nice story but it was so rushed. The characterisations needed more depth as did the relationships between the established MCs and the budding relationship between Mitch and Chad, in particular.
Crazy Like Fox - Michael P. Thomas The author really needs you to know that there are fat characters in this book. And to make sure you get the message, every time the MC looks at them, thinks about them, shags them, their weight is going to get mentioned in some disgusting, derogatory, fat-shaming way. One character comes out and says how happy he is with his body the way it is - and good for him - but still, we are reminded of how fat when some hot guy finds him attractive - just in case we forgot he's fat and that it's a miracle someone good-looking has the hots for him.The MC isn't fat, though. He's in great shape. Especially compared to all these fatsos! /teeth-grinding
Weight of Silence - A.M. Arthur Not bad but I think I'm more disappointed than I might have been had this not been part of a series. I enjoyed the first two books and was expecting something of the same quality. This was not. It's not a bad read but it's much weaker than the first two.
Compromised - Ethan Stone Shelby's review is perfect: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/704545687
Everything Under the Sun - Rachel West Cute. The 'who will he choose?' tension was lost when Seth was revealed to be an utter asshole but there were some sweet moments between Chris and Alex. And, while the sex was hot and well-written, there was sooo much of it. Some of those scenes could have made way for some 'showing' of the development of Alex and Chris' relationship (there was a lot of 'telling').
Love, Like Water - Rowan Speedwell I really liked Joshua's story. His cravings, his fight out of depression were written fantastically, but the relationship between him and Eli lacked any chemistry. And Eli calling him 'son' really creeped me out.
Breaking In The New Guy - J.C. Holly 2.5 stars.
Disasterology 101 - Taylor V. Donovan I'm a bit conflicted. Some parts of this I loved, some parts had me wanting to put it down before I died of sheer boredom. To say the MCs are complicated would be an understatement and I both loved and hated them both at some point during the story. I didn't really feel their instant chemistry.Rant:I found Kevin to be pushy and a bit of a bastard, tbh. Cedric was honest from the start about his issues and gave Kevin plenty of 'outs'. Kevin didn't take them then went on to bust a nut over their sex life, valuing sex so highly it was a dealbreaker despite having said numerous times he wanted connection not just a sexual relationship, and that trick he pulled with taking the kids to Cedric's apartment... It was a betrayal.Perhaps my own similar issues with SSRI's and anxiety played into my dislike of Kevin. I've walked away with a sour taste in my mouth from his actions in the last quarter of the book. /rantI liked this well enough, but my distaste for Kevin will probably stop me from rereading.
